Toby’s Run 2019 is in the books! Sunny skies and temps into the upper 40’s met the five fool hearty OHYC crews. Each crew battled the light and shifty winds deep into Penn Cove on their way to Toby’s Tavern.

Congratulations to Oak Harbor Yacht Club’s newest race team, Wind Warrior, for being the first to down a Black and Tan at Toby’s. The race for second place culminated in a foot race through the crowded streets of Coupeville. Team Renaissance narrowly edged out Team Gadzooks for the second spot. The rest of the gang met up at the bar for brew, food and fun! A great time was had by all.

The crew of Wind Warrior and their C&C 24 had been competing in the Anacortes Yacht Club racing scene for many years. We welcome to the OHYC fleet and congrats on your win.
